Private charges
Little Acorns Childcare provides funded 15 and 30 hours Government funded places. If days/hours fall outside the funded hours, our charges are as follows:
Please note that our late fee is £20 per 15 minutes. This is also charged if children are dropped off at nursery before their agreed hours. We work with very strict ratios, and so it is very important that you stick to your agreed hours.
Please note that all meals and consumables are included in the private rates and therefore are not charged on top of these rates.
Fees do not include formula or dairy free milk.
Tax Free Childcare or Universal Credit Childcare can be used at Little Acorns Childcare. Please speak to Emma or Louise for further information.
Chargeable extras in relation to government funded hours
Little Acorns Childcare provides funded spaces, or families can purchase additional hours / days if required. We offer term time only places for children accessing 15 hours & 30 hours of funding.
Little Acorns Childcare provides a healthy daily menu which is freshly prepared each day by the nursery’s kitchen, to ensure that all children have a hot and substantial meal whilst at the nursery setting. We have worked with a nutritionist to ensure a healthy and balanced diet, and use seasonal produce in our menus. We offer use of our consumables as a chargeable extra. These include nappies, wipes, nappy cream and suncream.
When special visitors, daytrips etc are arranged, if this falls within your funded hours, then you will be asked to pay a contribution. If cost is an issue for any event then please contact us, as no child will ever be left out.
If you do not wish to pay for specific consumables, for example, because you wish to provide your own, please make your nursery aware so next steps can be discussed.
